Hyundai Tucson : In July this year, Portuguese multinational Salvador Caetano Group launched a new one-stop showroom in Kenya. The company said it had invested Ksh 350M into this automotive hub that is strategically located alongside their service workshop.

Its product offerings are from the Hyundai stable, which include the Hyundai Santa Fe, Hyundai Tucson, Hyundai Creta, Hyundai Grand i10, Hyundai H1 Van and the Hyundai H100. From the Renault stable, the company offers the Renault Kwid, Renault Kwid Climber, Renault Triber, Renault Duster, Renault Kangoo and the Renault Koleos.

In this article, we look at the Hyundai Tucson which we picked up from their showroom a couple of weeks ago.

The Hyundai Tucson is a compact crossover SUV produced by the South Korean manufacturer Hyundai since 2004. Watch our review below:

Hyundai Tucson’s in-car technology 

The Hyundai Tuscon has a lot of impressive features as you can see from our review video above. As far infotainment systems are concerned the car is a smart tech hero.

The available 8-inch touchscreen infotainment display offers multitasking via split-screen mode as well as enhanced voice control support. 

Other handy available technologies include Near Field Communication (NFC) smartphone digital key recognition, Bose audio, Apple Carplay and Android Auto, dual-device connection via Bluetooth, car-to-home smart home integration, and cabin air purification.

The wide range of driver-assistance features offers highway driving assist, advanced smart cruise control, forward collision-avoidance assist with pedestrian detection among others.
