ASUS new ExpertBook laptops with OLED displays launched in Kenya


Asus on Wednesday announced a handful of new ExpertBook laptops in Kenya targeting business users. 

The new range of laptops include the ExpertBook B7 Flip (B7402FBA), ExpertBook B5 Flip OLED (B5302FEA), ExpertBook B3 Flip (B3402FEA) and ExpertBook B1 (B1400CEPE).

The company says the new flagship ExpertBook laptops, offer productivity in sleek and flexible packages, providing the high-performance experience and durability needed in every workplace — whether in the boardroom, the office, the classroom, on-the-go, or in retail and healthcare environments.

 “The workplace has changed, and it’s up to business owners, executives, educators, retailers, and other workers to decide its future. These users are forging the new future of work, and they need tools that work invisibly, reliably, and seamlessly day after day. ASUS is known for innovating highly reliable and durable devices for the consumer and gaming markets. Let’s look at each of these ExpertBook laptops

ExpertBook B7 Flip

Asus says the ExpertBook B7 Flip (B7402FBA) is the ultimate tool for mobile and flexible working, with outstanding performance/ It comes with  Intel vPro support that comes with a built-in smart card reader that can be used as a secondary ID check for enhanced identity security. 

Featuring a magnesium-aluminium alloy design that is light and thin yet durable, with the ErgoLift hinge enabling it to flip by 360° the laptop can be used as a traditional laptop configuration, as a tablet, or anything in between. Asus says the hinge is tested for more than 30,000 open/close cycles. The laptop features a 16:10 touchscreen, magnetic ASUS stylus, the exclusive ASUS NumberPad, biometric login including facial login and fingerprint sensor, and ASUS PrivateView mode — which fades the screen at a 45° viewing angle — along with comprehensive I/O connectivity including support for up to three external displays.

For the battery life, it offers up to 11 hours of battery life.

ExpertBook B5 Detachable

Asus ExpertBook B5 Flip OLED (B5302FEA) features a 360°-flippable touchscreen and an OLED panel for ultimate flexibility. Asus says it’s set for serious travel with amazing all-day battery life and is engineered with many cutting-edge technologies to improve your on-the-go work efficiency. These include an up to 12th Gen Intel® Core™ processor with Intel® Arc™ A350M discrete graphics, AI-powered noise cancelation, and dual-SSD RAID support.

ExpertBook B5 Flip OLED is also packed with features to protect your privacy and business data, including a built-in fingerprint sensor and TPM 2.0 chip.

Asus Expert-series products will be available in Kenya before the end of this year.
