TECNO Mobile donates food to drought-stricken communities in Isiolo County

TECNO Mobile has donated food and other assorted items to residents of Daaba in Isiolo county, one of the hardest hit areas by the ongoing drought.

TECNO partnered with Action Aid to donate the foodstuffs, water tanks and sanitary kits including sanitary pads, soap, and lotion for women worth Ksh.2 million to 425 households in the county.

According to TECNO Mobile, the donations were made possible thanks to the campaign the company has been running with its new launched Tecno Camon CX smartphone. For every Camon CX device bought, TECNO mobile donated Ksh.100 to Action Aid to help support the communities in drought-stricken areas.
