Jumia House, Al Burooj Real Estate partner host Real Estate Event in Kenya


Jumia House has partnered with Dubai based real estate company Al Burooj Real Estate to host a Real Estate Event aimed at promoting its latest development, The Bayz by Danube.

Al Burooj Real Estate is an experienced real estate broker holding a wealthy portfolio of properties within the UAE. The company was established in 2008 and has been the winner of two awards as the best selling real estate by the well-known developers. Its latest development, Bayz by Danube is a state of the art infrastructure which the company says spells elegance and luxury.

Ranked the 4th most visited city in the World with more than 20 million annual visitors ahead of London, Paris, and Bangkok , Dubai has the highest number of visitor to resident ratio. In 2017 alone, Dubai recorded an expenditure of $10.9 billion from overnight spenders, an average spend of 817 USD per person. Investing in the real estate sector of Dubai is a straightforward and hassle-free process as the high-end lifestyle of the Emirates comes with the unmatched luxury of tax-free living.

Kenya was also among the Sub-Saharan African economies that set a new record in reforming their business climate, aaccording to the 15th-anniversary edition of the World Bank Group’s annual Doing Business report released in November 2017.

The report noted that Kenya reduced the number of procedures required to register a business, and also reduced the time for import documentary compliance by utilizing a single window system. Kenya  improved the reliability of electricity supply by investing in distribution lines and transformers and by setting up a specialized squad to restore power when outages occur and implemented an online platform (itax) for filing and paying corporate income tax.
