Airtel Kenya post-paid customers can now pay their bills online. This is after the telecommunication company unveiled a new platform the customers can conveniently pay the bills.
Through the website www.airtelairtime.com, Airtel customers can now utilize several payment channels to pay their bills using VISA, MasterCard and Mobile money.
“At Airtel, we strive offer innovative solutions that give our customers personal comfort and the desired convenience as they continue to enjoy our distinctive post-paid services. We understand our customers’ value for time, therefore, this mobile payment solution will enable them save time and money by conveniently allowing them pay for their postpaid bills. With this online payment platform, our customers will reduce the need to visit Airtel customer service shops in order to make payments for their bills”, Airtel Kenya CEO Adil El Youssefi said.
For a customer to be able to make a postpaid payment, one will be required to visit www.airtelairtime.com from their web browser and key in their payment details. The customer will then proceed to the ‘make payment’ option where one will confirm his or her payment details. The final step is where a customer will select the payment method and confirm payment. Users will be required to correctly enter their account information for each payment to ensure accurate and timely posting to the system. Once the payment has been made, the user will receive a notification on his or her handset confirming the payment
